Every page has a Share button in its header. It opens a dialog with two tabs: Share, for giving specific people access, and Publish, for making the page available on the web.
Sharing and publishing apply to pages. You can’t share or publish an individual table or form on its own — embed it in a page first, then share the page.

Share with specific people

1

Open the Share dialog

Select Share in the page header and stay on the Share tab.
2

Add people

In the field labeled Email or group, separated by commas, enter the emails of the people you want to invite. Then select Invite.
3

Review who has access

The People with access list shows everyone the page is shared with.
People outside your team join as guests. Guests get read-only access to the pages shared with them and see a reduced interface — no Workflows or Agent Tasks, and only the content you’ve shared. Team membership itself is managed separately; see Team and invitations.

Publish to the web

Publishing makes a page viewable by anyone who has its link — no Fail Fast account needed.
1

Open the Publish tab

Select Share in the page header, then switch to the Publish tab.
2

Publish the page

Select Publish to web. The page becomes available at a public link, and the page header shows that it is live.
3

Share the link

Use Copy link and send the link to whoever needs to see the page.
4

Unpublish when you're done

Return to the Publish tab and select Unpublish at any time to take the page offline.
Published pages are read-only — visitors can view the content but can’t change anything.
Anyone with the link can view a published page. Don’t publish pages that contain sensitive records, and unpublish pages that no longer need to be public.

Team and invitations

Invite full members to your workspace instead of sharing page by page.
