AI can make mistakes — verify important information. The app shows this same disclaimer alongside the assistant, and it applies especially to answers you plan to act on.
Home: the full assistant page
Select Home in the sidebar to open the assistant as a full page. It greets you with “What can I help with?” — from there you can:- Ask about your workspace and your data. Pose questions in plain language and get answers grounded in what’s in your workspace.
- Keep multiple conversations. Past chats live under Previous conversations; select Start a new conversation to begin a fresh one, and rename conversations to keep them organized.
- Attach files. Add files to a conversation so the assistant can work with their contents.
- Use voice mode. Talk to the assistant instead of typing.
The assistant can act in the app
Beyond answering, the assistant can take actions inside Fail Fast — for example, navigating you to the right page, or refreshing data after it performs an action on your behalf. That makes it a practical way to get around the app, not just a question-and-answer box. New to the platform? Pair it with the quickstart to learn your way around.Ask AI: the assistant everywhere else
On every other screen, a floating Ask AI button opens the same assistant in a side panel. Use it when you’re in the middle of something — reviewing records, configuring a page — and want help without leaving where you are.Agent Tasks: background jobs
Select Agent Tasks in the sidebar to open a panel that tracks the background jobs your workspace runs. Its primary use today is monitoring data imports. For each job you can see:
Updates arrive live — you can watch a job advance without refreshing.
Agent Tasks is hidden for guests. If you don’t see it in the sidebar, your access level in this workspace doesn’t include it.
