The CRM module keeps every person and company you deal with in one place, and tracks the commercial relationship around them — from the first lead to won opportunities and ongoing support tickets. Use it whenever you need a single, reliable record of who your customers and contacts are and everything that has happened with them.

Where to find it

CRM pages appear in your Programs menu when the module is enabled for your workspace. Depending on your role and permissions, you may see stakeholder tables, the lead and opportunity pipeline pages, campaign and segment pages, and ticket pages.

Stakeholders: one record, many roles

Stakeholders are the shared master records for every person and company your business touches. One stakeholder can play several roles at once — customer, supplier, employee, driver, insurer, and more — so you register the data once and every module reuses it. A stakeholder record carries:
  • Identification — tax IDs such as the NIT, and the document type.
  • Contacts and addresses — how and where to reach them.
  • Bank and commercial references — the background you need before extending credit.
  • Fiscal responsibilities — the tax profile used by invoicing and accounting.
Because stakeholders are shared, updating a customer’s address in CRM updates it everywhere that customer appears — in sales documents, purchasing, and finance alike.

CRM records

  • Leads — potential customers you have identified but not yet qualified.
  • Opportunities — qualified deals you are actively pursuing. Every opportunity starts from a lead.
  • Campaigns — the marketing or outreach efforts that generate and group your leads.
  • Segments — dynamic groups of records computed from filter criteria, so membership updates as the data changes.
  • Interactions — the activity log of calls, meetings, and touchpoints that builds a 360° view of each customer.
  • Tickets — support cases with comments and SLA rules that set first-response and resolution targets per priority.

The typical workflow

Capture a lead, qualify it, and create an opportunity from it. Track interactions as the deal progresses so anyone on the team can see the full history. When you win, the stakeholder acts as the customer in sales — quotes, orders, and invoices all reference the same record you built in CRM.

Common tasks

Register a stakeholder

1

Open the stakeholders page

Find it in your Programs menu and create a new record.
2

Complete identification and contacts

Enter the tax ID (NIT), contact details, and addresses.
3

Add references and fiscal data

Record bank and commercial references and the fiscal responsibilities, then save. The stakeholder is now available to every module.

Convert a lead into an opportunity

1

Qualify the lead

Review the lead’s details and confirm it is worth pursuing.
2

Create the opportunity

Create the opportunity from the lead so it keeps the link to its origin.
3

Track the deal

Log interactions as you follow up, and schedule next steps in the calendar.

Log a ticket

1

Create the ticket

Register the case with its stakeholder and a priority — the priority determines the SLA first-response and resolution targets.
2

Work it with comments

Add comments as the case progresses so the whole history stays on the ticket.

How CRM connects to other modules

The customers and suppliers you register here are the same records used by sales, purchasing, and finance — a won opportunity’s customer flows straight into quotes and invoices. Use the calendar to schedule follow-ups on leads, opportunities, and tickets.
CRM records are registries — pipelines do not move automatically. Use a Board view to visualize your pipeline stages, and use Workflows when you want automation such as notifications or stage-driven actions.

Sales quotes and orders

Turn won opportunities into quotes, orders, and invoices.

Workflows

Automate follow-ups, notifications, and pipeline actions.

Calendar and tasks

Schedule follow-ups and keep track of commitments.

Views

Build Board views to visualize your pipeline.
