The homologation screens are reached from entries in the Programs menu, if enabled for your workspace. If you don’t see them, they may not be part of your workspace’s setup.
The two layers
Think of it as structure first, values second: Data Homologation decides where each piece of external data goes, and Homologation Configuration decides what each code means once it gets there.
Data Homologation
On the Data Homologation screen you map an external data structure’s fields to internal Fail Fast fields, so imported data lands in the right place. Once the structure is mapped, incoming data from that source flows into your tables without manual rearranging.Homologation Configuration
On the Homologation Configuration screen you pick a Provider and a Data Structure, then maintain the value-level mappings — external codes matched to your internal codes. This is living configuration: as providers add codes or your catalogs grow, you return here to keep the mappings current. When you need homologation
- Electronic document processing — documents exchanged through DIAN carry standardized codes that must resolve to your internal records. See Electronic invoicing.
- Provider file imports — recurring files from providers whose column layouts and codes don’t match your tables.
- Transport integrations — external transport platforms exchanging data with your operation.
Set up a mapping
1
Map the data structure
Open Data Homologation from the Programs menu. Work through the external structure’s fields and map each one to the internal Fail Fast field where its data should land.
2
Add value homologations
Open Homologation Configuration, pick the Provider and the Data Structure, then add mappings pairing each external code with its internal counterpart.
